GUADALUPE REGIONAL HOSPICE SERVICES

Living in comfort and dignity

The primary goals of hospice care at GRMC:

Provide comfort

Relieve physical, emotional and spiritual suffering

Promote the dignity of terminally ill persons

Hospice care is a holistic approach that focuses on the entire patient, and not just the disease.

It addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient. Hospice is about focusing on comfort and quality of life rather than a cure. It is about living in comfort with dignity even when faced with advanced illness.

For over 30 years, Guadalupe Regional Hospice Services has provided quality care to individuals with terminal illness. We understand both patient and family members need support and reassurance during this trying time. Guadalupe Regional Hospice focuses on our patient’s quality of life, emotional support for both patient and family, at-home management of medical needs, as well as advanced management of pain and symptoms.

“Volunteers play an integral part of the Hospice support team and enhance the patient and family experience.  We are looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join our volunteer team and become an essential part of our mission to provide comfort and dignity to patients and their families in the areas we serve.”
